Returns
Returns are not expected as there is a description and, where appropriate, images of the products on the website that can be viewed before a purchase is made. However, should a return be requested it is important that you contact Rose Tree Crafts first so the root cause can be identified and, if appropriate, a return authorisation approved.
Shipping costs to return items to Rose Tree Crafts is at the customer’s expense.
You may be asked to provide photographs of the item for inspection.
Exchange/Refund
As Rose Tree Crafts create individually crafted items it may not be possible to exchange or refund items. If an exchange/refund is to be requested you should contact us first before sending any item back.

You have 14 days from item delivery to dispatch the item back to the seller.
